1] I don't like buying things online. Can I call in my order?

Yes! Although we have automated our ordering process online to make it as painless as possible, we still take phone orders. If you'd prefer us to do it for you, we'll take your information over the phone and then send you a confirmation email/receipt.

2] Can I pay using a P.O. with your company?

At the present time, we are not set up to take Purchase Orders for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover Cards, as well as business and personal checks. Credit cards and checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

3] Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, no. We can only ship to a physical address in the U.S.

4] I live in Canada/Mexico/Europe/etc. Can you ship product to me?

Yes, we can! Just use MyUS.com as your middle-man.

5] How do I contact you?

There is a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page of our website, however you may find the answer to your question on our web site.  We think you'll find it complete and very easy to navigate.  We have also written a brief "How To Navigate Our Site" tutorial.

6] What if I don't like the product we bought from you?

You may return any product that you purchase from us — except for special order items — within 10 days of receipt, but you must first request an RMA# to do so. Read more about our return policy. Then use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page.

7] Do you have a sales rep in our area?

We sell through our online store only and do not have local reps.

9] Is your site really secure?

Yes, it is. Not only is your order sent through a secured https site, we also receive your order through a private SSH tunnel. Many e-commerce sites use a secure web page but then retrieve orders via unsecured email. This, of course, compromises the security and privacy of your transaction. Also, we do not keep sensitive information, like credit card numbers, etc., on our server, so there's nothing to steal.

We have been accepting credit card orders through our web site since 1996 and have never had a single security breach in all those years. Our site is only attractive to our customers! ;)

10] You claim to have the lowest prices, but I found a lower price somewhere else.
