You can have complete confidence when you order from Superior Shelving Systems. We now guarantee your complete satisfaction with the shelving that we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply request an RMA number from us via e-mail, and we'll send you the instructions to send it back. It's that simple.
No restock fee
You'll receive 100% of the product price you paid if you decide to make a return. We will waive the 20% restock fee for all orders returned, if the following conditions are met:
- Effective on orders placed on or after 10/13/07
- Written requests for RMA# must be made within 7 days of receipt of product by the original purchaser
- Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, resalable packaging
- Order total must be less than $1,000.00
- Refusal of shipment or cancellation of order does not qualify
- Metro orders have a minimum return amount of $280.00
- Aigner orders do not qualify, since you can request a free sample before ordering
- Special orders, cart covers, designer colors, and label holders are not returnable
- Credit will be refunded to the original purchaser by the original payment method
