How To Navigate Our
Aigner Index Online Store
Our online shopping cart is actually pretty easy to navigate! However, since we have so many items to choose from, here's a little primer to help you understand how we've organized our products.
Searching by Product ID
If you have Aigner item numbers, searching by Product ID is the easiest and fastest way to order. In the upper right-hand area of our store pages is the green Search box. Just enter the item # in the search box (don't forget to include any dashes, if it has any), click the 'Product ID' radio button, then click 'Find!' The list you get back should only have the desired item you're looking for (or perhaps a few others if the numbers are similar). If nothing shows up, or if the list is multiple pages long, you probably entered an incorrect part number. Just re-do your search with the correct number. When you see the item you're looking for, click it's link to go to the detail page where you can add it to your cart. (I wouldn't recommend searching by 'Description', as we have so many items that are essentially the same as one another that the search might bring back a very long list of results.)
Navigating by Category
The first thing you see when you enter our cart is our main categories. When
you click on a category, all of its sub-categories are shown for you
to choose from. Depending on what you are looking for, keep clicking
through the categories and then you'll be presented with a list of items that match your search. If you don't see what you're looking for, you may be in the wrong
category. Simply choose another sub-category, or main category,
and drill down again.
Here's an example:
Let's say you're looking for the 3" x 5" side load SuperScan label holders with adhesive backing. First,
you'd click on the •Label Holders, level 1 category, if you're not already in it.
Then you'd choose the ••SuperScan, level 2 category.
You will be presented with a list of all the label holders in that category. Simply find the size you want in the list, click it's link to read more about it and to add it to your cart. On the product detail page, you will also see some of the related items and accessories, and will be able to add those items to your cart by clicking their respective links.
