NEXEL WIRE SHELVES HOLD UP TO 800 LBS PER SHELF!

This wire shelf design offers high volume, easy access storage in a variety of sizes and finishes (see below) to suit your needs. Reinforced, open wire truss shelves feature front to back welded surface ribs for added strength. Increases light penetration, free air circulation and merchandise visibility. Minimizes moisture and dust accumulation. Easily adjustable and expandable to change with your needs.

Shelves mount to the posts with the included shelf clips and adjust on 1" increments. No tools are required. NSF® approved.

Specs
Posts	1" in diameter. Adjustable on 1" increments. Numbered every 1".
Shelf Mat Wires	#9 wire (.1483" dia.) on .7917" centers. #6 wire (.192" dia.) used for shelf support wires.
Wire Shelf Frames	1/4 rod (.25" dia.) on frame. 1/4" rod acts as natural frame to help prevent items from falling off.
Shelf Clips	Two piece plastic split sleeve.
Shelf Collar	Tapered collar snugly locks on tapered plastic split sleeves.
Strength and Shelf Deflection	Shelf widths of 42" and less will hold up to 800 lbs each. Shelves 48" and longer will hold up to 600 lbs each. Weight must be evenly distributed.
