Nexel Product Performance Warranty
Nexel Industries, Inc. warrants that all Nexel products will be free from defects in material and manufacture at time of shipment. Nexel guarantees to replace any item that is found to be defective for up to one (1) year from date of shipment provided that it has been properly used. See "Finishes" below for extended warranties on the different finishes.
Nexel will repair or replace any product that does not perform as represented herein with normal usage. A Nexel representative will examine the installation and determine repair or return disposition. Customer may need to ship, at their cost, the affected items to Nexel for examination. Replacements will be shipped prepaid. No returns may be made without written authorization.
All warranties are made for the benefit of the original owner under normal usage. There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond those stated herein. No employee or agent of Nexel has any authority to make any representation or warranty which exceeds those stated above.
The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the merchandise before issuing any type of credit. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to customer UNLESS the items were damaged through improper installation or use. To be determined by Nexel.
