How To Navigate Our Shopping Cart
Our online store is actually pretty easy to navigate! However, since we have so many items to choose from, here's a little primer to help you understand how we've organized our products.
Searching by Product ID or Name
If you have product item numbers, searching by Product ID is the easiest and fastest way to order. Just enter the item # in the search box above (don't forget to include any dashes - if it has any), then tap your "Enter" key. The list you get back should only have the desired item you're looking for (or perhaps a few others if the numbers are similar). If nothing shows up, or if the list is multiple pages long, you probably entered an incorrect part number. Just re-do your search with the correct number or name. Or you can narrow your search by selecting different attributes. When you see the item you're looking for, click it's link to go to the detail page where you can add it to your cart.
Searching by Category
The first thing you see when you enter our cart is our main categories - wire shelving, wall mount shelves, etc. When you click on a category, every product in that category will be displayed. Simply start selecting attributes to narrow down the results. When you select an attribute, the results shown will change instantly. Keep selecting attributes until you find what you're looking for.
Here's an example:
Let's say you're looking for a chrome wire unit that's 24″D x 48″W x 74″H w/4 shelves. First, you'd click on the Wire Shelving category.
Then you'd select Starter Units under Config, Chrome under Finish, 4 shelves under # of shelves, 24″ under Depth, 48″ under Width, and 74″ under Height.
If you selected all of those attributes, you should only see the unit you're looking for. If you don't see any products, deselect some of the attributes. Once you find what you're looking for, click it's link to read more about it and to add it to your cart. On the product detail page, you will also see some of the related items and accessories, and will be able to add those items to your cart by clicking their respective links.
When you're ready to check out, click the shopping bag in the upper right corner to fill out your shipping and billing information.
NOTE:
All units in this shopping cart come with either 3 or more shelves each, depending on the height of the unit. To order a unit with more shelves, click the extra shelf link for that unit and add as many shelves as you need.
To order a unit with less shelves than it comes with, you'll need to order the individual pieces and make your own unit.
