Orders cannot be picked up or returned here.

The following guidelines must be followed when returning any item:

  • Please email us first for an RMA # and shipping instructions.
  • If you need to return an item, please do not ship it to our address.
  • All returns must be sent back to the manufacturer.  Items returned to our address will not receive credit.
  • Any item returned w/o an RMA will not receive credit, so please make sure to contact us first.
  • Also, please consult our return policy for restock fee information.
